I buy from Brandsmart the new microwave and dishwasher the tell me company TLC go to do the installation unfortunately after I wait 1 week the guys come to the house and he says that can do the work ok fine I understand probably because he come by himself lot of work for only 1 guys so I call back the company and they tell me they go to refund $291 in 4to 5 day after 1 month Istill wait the girl work there her name is Ashley she very very rude

I had the unfortunate experience of engaging Tri County Installations to install my new KitchenAid Double Oven. The installer himself did get the oven in the wall, but failed to check that it was actually heating - the sole purpose of having an oven. He rushed out of my house only inquiring about his payment as opposed to demonstrating that the oven was fully functional - which it was not. Brandsmart sent two rounds of technicians to my home to address the issue, and the second one solved it in minutes. The level of incompetency experienced from TCI is astounding. To make matters worse, I just called the office to make them aware of my dissatisfaction, and a woman named Alex answered the phone. When I made her aware of what had transpired, she not only refused to refund the $375 TCI took from me for work nit properly completed, but she was rude and told me that I should've read the manual as opposed to her company performing the task they were paid to do. Very rude and unprofessional woman - but consistent with the caliber of the installers. I would like to admonish any potential future TCI customers to think three times before considering using them as, based on my experience, you will need to bring in someone afterwards who actually is familiar with installation and cares about the customer.

Terrible experience. First driver couldn’t find what was needed for stove install even though it was ordered. We needed to reschedule for three days later. Magically, the driver found what was needed and did the install. I canceled the rescheduled appointment. Three days later, they showed up anyway. Only the refrigerator & stove were installed but the dishwasher and microwave sat in my kitchen for five days. The man who installed the dishwasher and microwave left my kitchen a horrible mess with dirt and footprints. He left all of the packaging on the kitchen floor for me to dispose of. While these things were annoying, what disturbed me most was the inability to contact anyone. They just don’t answer their phone.

TCI thank you a million times over! I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and it was came damaged. I was dealing with some health related issues at home and Ashley went above and beyond to help me get resolution. When I tell you she jumped through hoops it’s not an exaggeration! Her commitment, kindness and accountability were beyond calling it great customer service!!! She both wowed me and touched me. I also spoke to Alex who was amazing and the 2 young men who delivered and installed it were thorough and polite! I had to take the time to share my experience because all too often we hear about what goes wrong and less often hear when people are remarksble. Thank you Ashley, Alex and TCI

Everything was a smooth process! From the time the appointment was made to completion of installation was a quick process & not stressful at all. Definitely recommend! Side note, I’m wondering why there are a couple of people that left a review who didn’t even have services provided by the company? Update: used this company again for another installation. Had a fantastic experience once again!
