I called this company and spoke to the young lady who picked up the phone and I specifically asked her how much the service he was and if they work on Samsung refrigerators and she said yes. I then went on to ask her if she needed me to give her the model number and the serial number to make sure they work on this type of refrigerator and she said no that the technician would get it when he came to my home. As soon as the technician got to my home, all he did was look at the refrigerator and immediately said we can’t fix this type of refrigerator. He said you will need to contact a Samsung technician directly. I proceeded to ask him if I still needed to pay the service fee since he literally did nothing and he said “let me call the office”. He called the office and spoke to the same young lady that I spoke to and she confirmed that, Yes I did have to still pay the service fee. After he hung up with her, I told him that I don’t think that’s right or fair since he literally did nothing. I told him that I would be OK with giving him a few bucks for his gas and he said that he thought that it wasn’t fair either and proceeded to call the owner Paulo of the company. When he called the owner, he started speaking in Portuguese and telling the owner that I was concerned about paying the service fee since he did nothing and that I would leave a bad Google review. The owner told him he still had to charge me the service fee. My whole disappointment isn’t about the service fee. It’s about them, literally servicing nothing and doing nothing at all and still charging me the fee. I would not recommend this company because it looks like this is the scam that they do. You call them, they tell you they can work on your type of appliance, and when they get there, they tell you they can’t and still charge you the service fee. I hope that service fee was worth this bad Google review because your service is horrible and if that’s the way you treat your customers I now see why you have a 3.2 rating on Google. I guess I should’ve checked that first before I even called you guys. 👎🏽👎🏽 You’ve been warned!
