I bought a set last year. The washer stoped. Bought a new washer had to wait for delivery. Then about 20 minutes after the guys left I tried to use it. It doesn’t work. I called and was told I’d have to wait until tomorrow afternoon. Customer service is really lacking.

Washer and dryer work, but unfortunately I would suggest NOT buying refrigerators from anyone used. I purchased a used refrigerator and it came with a three month warranty. Guess when it broke? Four months! Nothing you can do anything with a broken refrigerator. You can’t replace the Freon, you can’t replace the compressor. It is just absolutely no good. With a used washer and dryer, if they break, they are easy to fix. Don’t wasting your money buying a refrigerator.

I bought a set of washer from Lowe’s two years ago .,I trusted this place to fix My washer .,, being so desperate to start washing again I avoided all my thoughts of having too much space in my laundry room .,,32 days later, it stopped working .,, That’s when I went back to my receipts to see if I had warranty with them Then I started matching serial numbers,, They gave me a smaller tub washer back., Whether it was accidental or intentionally, it’s Bad business Unprofessional . I do not recommend! Here are photos of my washer when I first bought it and then after doing business with this place.
