Southeast Steel Appliance Warehouse

I had an excellent experience with Southeast Steel and couldn’t be happier. Greg helped us from start to finish. I called ahead, and he confirmed they had the washer in stock and assured me it was in excellent condition. When I arrived about 30 minutes later, everything was exactly as promised—brand new, no dings, dents, or imperfections at all. Greg was honest, helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. It’s refreshing to deal with people who are upfront and genuinely care about customer service. I highly recommend Southeast Steel and will definitely be back for future appliance purchases!

Ordered a new LG refrigerator from Southeast Steel. John M, the salesman I dealt with, was super! Helped me find a refrigerator that would be as close as possible to the one that I had. Went the "extra mile" to do the research on the available models. Joseph, the installer, was also super! Was very careful & meticulous hauling away my old refrigerator and installing the new one. Would highly recommend Southeast Steel and Joseph for all your appliance needs.

I am writing to commend the excellent service provided during my recent delivery. Don salesperson at Southeast Steel) is excellent and sent the right person to carrier out my delivery. Jouseef Djoumblat from Iron Key Logistics did a fantastic job handling a difficult delivery at my two-story house. He took care of every detail and is a great asset to the Southeast Steel team. Thank you for the outstanding service. Best regards, Finley McRae

I bought a Speed Queen online. John M set up my delivery which was next day basically. The delivery driver was careful, professional, and helpful. Set up was super fast and I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve shopped a lot of places for appliances and I suggest you just go to Southeast Steel and save time and end up happy

Having had not so good experiences with big box appliance retailers in the past, I decided to go to Southeast Steel and what a difference. Gregory was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He understood my needs and offered great advice. No matter whom I spoke with when I called with questions, every one was friendly and jumped right in to help. The delivery and installation crew were just as diligent and skilled. A full kitchen remodel can be daunting but I did not stress at all knowing Southeast Steel was handling the appliance part.
