They handled all appliances for our new-construction home in Winter Park, and among the many companies we’ve worked with during the build, Aggressive Appliances has been, without question, the best experience. A special thank you to Yaritza in sales. What a pleasure to work with! She went above and beyond to find us the best deals, helping us select top brands for our kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and summer kitchen while staying within our budget. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her customers. She is an invaluable asset to Aggressive Appliances and has earned our business for life. The installation team, Andres and Cesar, was equally outstanding. Their work was meticulous, professional, and spotless. What impressed us most was that they went far beyond their responsibilities to solve an issue that could have forced us to reschedule the installation. Instead, they took the initiative to make sure everything was completed that day. That level of commitment and customer care is incredibly rare. From the moment we walked into the store to the final installation, our experience with Aggressive Appliance was exceptional. Our salesperson, Gus, spent hours with us helping us compare appliances and ensuring we chose the right Thermador package for our kitchen. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed. Even after our purchase, he answered countless phone calls and questions, and was always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. If you’re shopping at Aggressive Appliance, do yourself a favor and ask for Gus—you’ll be in great hands. Our installation crew, Erick and Alan C., were just as impressive. They installed our Thermador appliances, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently, and their attention to detail was obvious. They took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly and answered all of our questions along the way. Beyond their technical expertise, Erick and Alan C. were professional, courteous, and treated our home with the utmost respect. They left the work area spotless and made what could have been a stressful installation completely seamless. It’s rare to find a company where every person you work with provides such exceptional service. From Gus in sales to Erick and Alan C. on the installation team, everyone exceeded our expectations. Absolutely 5-star service from Aggressive Appliances. Cesar and Andres installed our new gas cooktop today, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The opening needed a small amount of granite cutting, and they carefully tarped and taped off the area to keep dust to a minimum. They cleaned everything thoroughly afterward, connected and tested the natural gas, hauled away the old cooktop, and completed the entire job quickly and efficiently. They were also incredibly friendly and took the time to explain all of the new features and show me how everything works. The installation looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. We also had our refrigerator and dishwasher installed last week by another Aggressive Appliances team. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but they were just as wonderful. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job. Overall, we have been incredibly happy with every part of the experience. Cesar, Andres, and the entire installation team did a fabulous job, and I would highly recommend Aggressive Appliances!

Aggressive Appliances is THE place to go for all your major appliance needs! I recently urgently needed a stackable washer / dryer unit replaced and am so thankful I chose Aggressive over big box stores. The showroom is staffed by knowledgeable sales professionals. Prices were fair. Installation was a breeze!!!! Three gentlemen showed up. They were fast and friendly and before I knew it, my old appliances were hauled away and new ones installed. Seemless experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Aggressive Appliance and will be using them again in the future!

Working with an appliance dealer such as Aggressive that does their own install and service is the only way to go. They were top notch from sales to delivery to follow up service. We had a bit of a gas leak on our dryer after install and someone immediately drove an hour to replace the gas hose. You don't get that kind of attention from big box stores.
