Ollie's Bargain Outlet

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet has a great variety of products at very affordable prices. I would say the quality is about 50/50—some items are very good quality, while others are more average—but overall, you can find some excellent deals. They have a large selection of books, children’s games, cleaning products, rugs, towels, bathroom accessories, and other household items. Many of the cleaning products are the same brands you would find at Walmart or Publix, but for a much lower price. I especially recommend checking the pet section. Dog toys are very inexpensive, and you can often find the same or similar toys at other stores for two or three times the price. The household items may not always be top-of-the-line, but many are in very good condition and are a great value for the price. Overall, Ollie’s is a good place to shop when you want to save money and enjoy looking for bargains.

I used to like ollies.... now I have to say the colonial/hiawasse store will no longer get a dime from me. They keep this store trashed up like a landfill. I've have seen / experienced situations with creepy guys stalking people in the parking lot. The colonial/hiawassee store refused to provide a refund for something I couldn't find my receipt for. The rude cashier never offered to look up the purchase using my rewards ID. She kept saying " no receipt, no refund". The cashier had NO customer service skills. I asked to speak with a manager, Missy Cashier refused to locate the manager. UPDATE: I went to the sandlake store. WAAAAY safer and cleaner store. The cashier looked up the items I needed to return using my rewards id and gave me a full refund. TAKE MY WORD, DRIVE THE EXTRA FEW MILES TO SANDLAKE AND OBT. GET BETTER SELECTION AND WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

What can I say about this amazing store ,Ollie’s has a great selection of so many products and every item is a bargain ,affordable prices and since the term over of the products is fast they keep refilling the fast moving items ,plenty of free parking space ….the thing is you can find unique items only in this store ,I love coming here for specific brands but I send up buying other stuff …highly recommended for families with children ,keep up the good work guys ,you rock 👍👍👍👍👍

I shop at Ollie’s a lot, but I won't be returning to this location after my experience today. I purchased a mop, and when I got it home, it was missing the proper attachments. I drove all the way back to the store just to get what I paid for. The doors were wide open and other customers were walking right in, but an employee named Annette repeatedly shouted, "We're closed, we're closed, we're closed." I work in customer service myself. I know people get exhausted, and I know everyone hits a breaking point. We never know what someone else is going through. But store management needs to understand the severity of a complete lack of kindness. You don't know when a customer has also had a terrible day, spent their last dollar, and is just trying to fix a mistake the store made. To be met with that kind of harsh attitude when you are just trying to get what you paid for is deeply exhausting. I'm not writing this out of anger, but out of a genuine tiredness of being in a world that isn't kind. I just won't be shopping here anymore.

This store has almost everything you need. From bedding, miscellaneous household items to clothes. It has laminate flooring, carpet, kitchen utensils and supplies. They even have books for kids and adults. The store is always clean, but I cant say it is always organized.. exactly. They try and keep the isles organized but stuff still get put everywhere. They have great prices on most of their things. Just like any store, you have to know what something costs to know if it's a good deal. The staff is always friendly.
