Terrible and disappointing experience. My brother was upfront about his credit before coming in and was told they work with 15 banks and all credit situations. Yet they only tried two banks before saying they couldn’t help him. Very misleading. The rep was extremely nonchalant and disengaged—handed us keys to look at cars ourselves, barely answered our questions, and bounced between customers the entire time. The cars were disappointing too. Of the 5 vehicles we looked at, only ONE didn’t have a prior accident or noticeable issues with the paint, scratches, or interior. If you advertise that you work with all credit situations, be transparent before wasting someone’s time and running their credit. Between the service, financing claims, and condition of the vehicles, I would not recommend this dealership.

Updated review- we purchased a Porsche Macan 3 weeks ago. Upon taking the car in today to have the codes pulled it was discovered that the codes had been cleared previously and the vehicle has a faulty speed sensor. Because it is beyond the 5 days I was told they would see what they could do as a “courtesy”. As is does not apply if defects are not disclosed and codes are cleared without repairs. Very frustrating that now I need to go through taking this to my Porsche dealer to get the official code history and retain an attorney over something that could have been easily rectified with an apology and making it right. Horrible business practices.
