Was pleasantly surprised by the professional fast and efficient service I received at the appliance direct store! Jace, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was on a budget and was never haggled, or pressured to buy anything I did not feel comfortable purchasing. The price & service was 5 star (Excellent). The delivery and install was on time and quick. I purchased a GE washing machine and I love it. Thank you Appliance Direct!! I highly recommend you for prices and service!

Great service and quick delivery and easy installation! My wife was very impressed at how quickly Appliance Direct’s third-party delivery team came. They arrived at 4:07 p.m. and completed their delivery in less than 10 minutes. My wife purchased a brand-new refrigerator, and she absolutely loves it. There are no damages, no scrapes, or scratches, just a few tiny dents, but those are to be expected because when delivered, they were rough due to delivery when shipped to their store, which Doug explained. We have zero complaints and are pleased we will be doing business again in the future with this company. Please keep up the amazing work; this business will never shut down. I pray for continuous blessings and prosperity to this business and for more sales to happen daily. Thank you again.

Our choices were available the same day and were delivered and installed that very day—amazing! Great warranty options too. I was also very impressed with Felipe M., who delivered and installed our appliances carefully and efficiently. I’ve never seen an installation done so quickly, yet with such care and neatness—it took only 15 minutes! Felipe didn’t mess around. Exceptional service all around!
