American Freight Furniture & Mattress

I had an excellent experience at American Freight! I recently purchased two queen mattress sets, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Andrea provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without any pressure. The warehouse team was just as impressive—they were courteous, efficient, and had everything ready quickly, making pickup easy and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to receive such great service from everyone involved. I highly recommend American Freight to anyone looking for quality products and a team that truly cares about the customer experience. Thank you, Andrea and the warehouse team, for making this such a positive experience!

Andrea from the the American Freight Orlando South store (Viscount Row) provided outstanding customer service helping me place a tricky order online and over the phone for a sectional with chaise & ottoman. She was super patient helping me through the ordering process and made sure that my order was processed correctly, including the exact merchandise and price, and handled everything as promised. We look forward to receiving the new furniture next week! Andrew
