I was promised next-day delivery on a new oven because our old one completely died right before a big family gathering. Bayshore Appliances delayed the delivery three separate times with zero advance notice. When the delivery crew finally showed up four days late, they scraped our kitchen doorway and the oven door was noticeably dented. To top it off, the drivers refused to take the old appliance away despite us paying the extra haul-away fee. Extremely unprofessional.

Great selection and great pricing . I thought my dryer wasn’t working so it was replaced quickly . Later I found out it was not the dryer but clogged pipes instead . Everything works

I needed a stackable washer and dryer that would fit in a small space. I worked with jay who helped me find the right size. What he didn’t have he ordered . Once completed he set up a time for delivery and installation. He showed up on time and did a good job. I found the experience to be a good one
