The dryer I wanted wasn’t in stock so I placed an order for it. Trevor did an absolutely outstanding job keeping apprised of the order status; it’s hard to find this level of customer service these days. He made shopping at Appliance Direct a breeze. Definitely my “appliance go-to” store.

The staff was great at getting us the exact appliances we wanted, holding them till we wanted them delivered. We had to reschedule several times and they had no complaints. The drawer came scratched and they replaced it right away without any problems. Great people to work with and prices were very reasonable. Delivery was also efficient and they started all appliances to make sure they were working before they left.

Appliance Direct was so easy to work with. My sales person, Kyle, made the entire process so seamless. My refrigerator stopped working and I was able to get one delivered the same day at a great price. I would definitely recommend buying your appliances here!

No pressure sales, very knowledgeable and the price was right. Delivery and installation people also we're very professional and thorough. They did everything we ask and we're very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions also. Well worth shopping there. Loads of new in stock product available along with an extremely large volume of scratch and dent products to offer. 👍

Paul was awesome and helpful in the process of selecting a new fridge for our ol faithful that finally kicked the bucket.
