I was only able to secure a $550 refund after getting an attorney involved and sending a pre-suit demand. Saving a few hundred dollars is not worth this level of stress."

They took the time to explain all my options without rushing me and made sure I understood everything before scheduling delivery. I arranged next-day delivery with installation, and the service went above and beyond my expectations. My appliances are on the second floor, and when I mentioned that last minute, they immediately sent extra crew members to help. Everything was installed perfectly the same day — professional, efficient, and stress-free. It was a huge weight off my shoulders, and I couldn’t be happier with my new appliances — all at a fraction of the cost of big-box stores! Spoke with Corbin on phone on Friday and purchased a fridge. Saturday less then 24 hrs later, old fridge removed and new fridge installed. He was friendly, courteous, fair priced including delivery, on time and a very skilled businessman. I was impressed because in the end customer service is most important to me. He called me back within 10 minutes while others I called I'm still waiting to hear back from them lol. In conclusion I felt this was an awesome experience and from this point I will only buy from him and have him repair my other appliances when needed. You can't go wrong with these guys. So happy with the service I received from this company.. Patrick is awesome and actually cleaned up.. I'm beyond satisfied with the promptness and the quality of our stove, I went ahead and ordered a dryer (and they got me a matching one to the washer).
