Ollie’s is one of those places I can’t help but pop into whenever I’m nearby. There’s always something new and unexpected on the shelves, and the prices are just too good to pass up. It feels like a little treasure hunt every time I walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. If you love finding great deals and unique items, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

Ollie's has great prices and a wide selection of merchandise. I was able to find some really good items at excellent deals, which is why I enjoy shopping there. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager, Shannon, was very disappointing. When we needed assistance, she was extremely unhelpful and seemed reluctant to engage with customers. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and she showed very little regard for customer service. As a manager, I would expect someone who is approachable, willing to help, and focused on creating a positive shopping experience. Sadly, that was not the case during our visit. While I was happy with the products and prices, the poor customer service from management left a negative impression.
