I love this place! I’ve bought several appliances from them with no issues. They generally have a variety of options available and offer a 30 day warranty. Delivery and removal is additional, but worth every penny. Good, honest people and service in my personal experience.

Brought in a heater element that I thought was bad but the associate tested and proved otherwise. I have no experience in this- he sold me a part that he said would make it work and it did! Price was right and the information was good and accurate. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I was told I was buying a GE stove that was couple years old for $450 plus $75 for delivery, installation, and to remove my old stove, total $525. The delivery man did not install the stove, and asked for an additional $20 to remove my old stove. The owner fired the delivery man and returned my $75. I found the manufacturing label on the stove I purchased and discovered it was 11 years old and a Samsung! The bake feature in the oven didn't work correctly. The owner once again was accommodating to me. He agreed to swap out my purchased stove for another model. I didn't want any of the models that were presently on the store floor, so he said he would let me know when he got something in that I might like even if it's past the 30 day warranty. We'll see! bought a new dryer here today and we are overjoyed to have found something basic that will do the trick that was a fair price. the man working was honest when answering questions and provided great customer service! we could not be happier with the experience and the new (refurbished) dryer.
