I called on a Sunday and spoke with an Indian man who simply didn't understand English. A completely pointless exchange... I called back the following Monday and spoke to an Indian woman who told me I couldn't pick up a part from the Hollywood store, as they now operate exclusively online... So, I asked why they had a store and advertised it if they only operated online, but I never got an answer that made sense. Do not waste your time with this business!

Ordered my mini split system on June 15th and received tracking information on June 15th, however, for the next few days no tracking information showed up on the tracking app. I left a message concerning whether my items had been shipped by way of the website's contact Department. Never heard back from them. I then waited another 3 days and still no tracking information and contacted them through their contact department again and still no one got back to me. After 8 days from my order date I called them and left a message in the sales department this time and still no one returned my call. The same day I received an email stating that my items had shipped. Rnl carriers contact me stating that my delivery would be on Thursday which meant a 2-day trip from Florida to Virginia and that I had a window from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. 15 minutes before the 10:00 a.m. time on that day I received a call from rnl carriers stating that my shipment was running late and that it wouldn't be there for another 5 days. Keep in mind this was an in stock item that I ordered. The items showed up 5 days later at the scheduled second delivery date and time in very good near perfect condition on a pallet. It wasn't until I went to install the line set and hung it up that I realized it was a few feet short at which point I checked the box and they had sent me a 25-ft line set instead of a 30-ft line set which I paid for. I've since contacted them through their website about my displeasure with the experience and still no phone call or no contact ... It's been 3 days and still no contact. They must be cooking the reviews because there's no way with my experience. They could ever end up with a 4.8 rating overall. My suggestion is to simply go elsewhere.

My experience with AC Outlet has been extremely disappointing. Before I purchased the unit, the communication was excellent. Once they had my payment, the communication almost completely stopped. The delivery process was poorly managed, and getting updates or answers was very difficult. When I asked to speak with customer service or a manager, I was sent back to the same salesperson who wasn’t responding to my concerns. There was no accountability or support. I can’t comment on the quality of the AC unit yet because it was just installed. My concern is what will happen if I need warranty or service in the future, based on the poor customer support I’ve already experienced. I would not recommend this company. Great communication before the sale, but very poor communication and customer service afterward.

terrible process with warranty service parts, you try to call and it feels like you called India. When you do get through they tell you to file online and they lose your papers and tell you to file again. Then they email back and tell you they found your warranty claim. Not a good process when you need warranty parts on a 95 degree day. Significantly requested a tracking number. "Crickets still Chirping"
