From the moment I called ATC during my workday to schedule a free estimate to the moment their installation technicians left our house after doing a same day installation on a hot July day, everything was beyond my expectations. Jared was super accommodating and flexible with us rescheduling the estimate and answered all of our questions and some we hadn’t even thought of. He truly cares about his customers and listened to all of our concerns and even answered my texts and calls after hours. This company came highly recommended by two of my coworkers and now I know why. Air Around The Clock will be at the top of my list too should anyone ask!

Excellent service. Had two 3 ton air conditioners replaced in our townhouse. James initial technician walked me through the process - got permits and two teams with a crane to pit the units on the roof and finished the job by 10pm $17k all in. Two teams were super polite, clean and worked hard all day in the heat. The president of our association was upset. ‘ .l Amazing, I lectured and lectured about being careful on the roof and yet they still gouged the roof material. My lecture fell deaf ears.’ So have to deal with that., but overal very pleased.

We called last week for a service call. The service rep, Chippy S, called earlier than expected and arrived shortly there after. Upon servicing the A/C unit we discussed the age and condition of the unit. After due consideration my wife and I decided to purchase a new unit. We were surprised with the ability to have the unit, air handler & compressor, as well as an air handler box rebuild, on the same day. A short time later Ray and Dale showed up and began taking the old unit out. Ray removed the old compressor and installed the new one in short order. He also installed the new thermostat. Dale took a while longer in removing the old air handler and box. He did a total rebuild on the box and installed the new air handler, along with getting us set up with the smart thermostat, working unit almost 10 PM. I have got to say, having had three new whole A/C units over the last 32 years, this is the best and most professional job I have ever seen. Dale went above and beyond with installing this unit and sealed every possibility of any air leaks. He cleaned up the entire work area and hauled away all the old equipment and debis. When I purchased this AC unit, I paid extra for the maintenance plan and you gave me the impression that if any part malfunctions or fails, said part will be replaced Free-of-Charge for 10 years. Recently, the thermostat has been malfunctioning and if it malfunctions again, I want it replaced at NO COST to me! Sincerely Richard Epstein
