My first dryer was delivered but was too wide for my washer/dryer area. The owner took it back to the store. They also removed a broken refrigerator for me. They replaced the dryer with a narrower unit. Very pleased with customer service, the store and the new used dryer.

When something goes wrong you can tell a lot about the integrity of a business. The fridge we originally purchased didn't work as planned, but Brandy and Tony made it all still a wonderful experience by replacing it within 24 hours. They are knowledgeable, professional and personable. I really loved my experience and regret i can only give them 5 stars - they deserve 10. I highly recommend them and will be purchasing all my appliances from here forever!

Purchased a refrigerator for $200.00 it kept beeping and had a H displayed on the settings plus the freezer was forming ice as t the top of . So they brought another one out to replace and about a week later the freezer stopped working and they said I had to pay another $50 to come look at t it and I'm on a fixed income and disabled to do much especially on oxygen So I'm out of $250 plus no frozen food nomore lost all the meats I had
