Daytona Appliances

Very disappointed, as many others money is tight I did my research when needing a washing machine and heard good things about Daytona appliances, it is close to my house . I went in the staff was friendly and delivery was same day. Problem is the washing machine quits mid cycle, changes load size on its own midcycle as well. I called last week to ask about repairs or exchange and was told someone would call me back , no phone call back. Called again today and was hung up on , called right back and went to voicemail ,left a message and still no call back. I should have paid the extra money and got a new one. Lesson learned. Never buy used.

Brandy and Ken were exceptional when it came to helping out our elderly neighbor Lee. They gave him a very fair deal and superior customer service once they realized where Lee was at…(and where we all may be in the future.. a bit uncertain, forgetful and senile for lack of better words) … Thank you Ken and Brandy !!!
