Very disappointed in my purchase. When we got it, it wasn't working. We've had this fridge for 4 months and it's worked for maybe a week total, and not consecutively. And no, they have not lived up to the warranty, because it has never actually been fixed. They've replaced the same part 5 times, even though it never fixed the issue. They had to bring in someone from another company who was actually smart enough to look at the codes in the fridge and figure what the real problem was. Though even after replacing the thermostat, it isn't working. Why they won't just exchange for another fridge or give us our money back, I don't know. I'm tired of living out of a cooler!

Mr. Larson is an honest man who cares about the quality of his products and the needs of customers. I left the store with a better deal than I expected and feeling comfortable with what I was getting. He explained how to use the machine, offered delivery and removal, a 60 warranty, and 1/2 off repairs if needed down the line. He tested the machine prior to delivery and found an issue. He contacted me and let me know they’d be installing an upgraded machine at the same price! Mr. Paul delivered and installed the machine and made sure it functioned well before leaving. Overall great prices, great company values, and great people. I’d highly recommend Larson’s Appliance Care!

I recently bought a used refrigerator and washer from Larson’s A+ Appliance Care in Daytona Beach and couldn’t be happier. The selection was excellent, and everything I looked at was clean and in great working condition. The prices were very reasonable compared to what I’d seen elsewhere. The staff was friendly and helpful — they answered all my questions and even helped load everything for me. Both appliances are working perfectly at home. We called Jeff twice and he was extremely helpful! The first time we called about a dishwasher that was struggling, Jeff and his team came out and looked at it. Found out a crockpot screw had come off in the wash cycle and gotten down into the dishwasher. The second time we call was for a dryer that was no longer drying, he came out to look and it was not able to be repaired but he assisted us in picking out a new to us dryer. The new dry was much larger and we have been loving it. He and his team removed the old one and installed the new one. We have a thin laundry room and they handled it like it was no issue!
