These folks are pretty incredible! Miss Sheila was exceptionally helpful, kind, and accommodating to me. Shannon was quick to deliver our washer and get it hooked up. We purchased a used washer and had a slight issue after hearing a noise. They were incredibly prompt in looking it over and fixing it right away. Communication was excellent the entire time, and they even went the extra mile by addressing a few additional things to help prevent further disruption down the road. As a busy mom, I can’t be without a washer for long! Their customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care are truly unmatched. In a world full of sketchy companies, scams, and people you’re hesitant to trust, it’s so refreshing to have an honest, reputable company you can confidently reach out to when issues arise. They truly stand behind what they sell and take care of their customers — and that means a lot these days. Highly recommend!

I called them and she was so helpful on the phone and was working with me over the phone sending pictures and just great customer service.
