My wife and I have been a huge fan of this store for decades! I need to let you know they have changed. We bought a speed queen dryer less than a year ago and it stopped working this week. This is not their fault, however I called Wednesday at 9 am and got service voicemail and they said they would call Within 24 hours. They did not, I had to call back and kept getting the same message. I finally hit SALES and got Meghan who said oh yes Jennifer got your message. What? You knew she got my message and why did I not get a call? I then got Jennifer who was sweet but was told service is no longer a thing their store offers. It’s up to the customer to seek repair. Part of why we used them is the excellent support after purchase. It’s gone, so from now on I will seek lower prices at Home Depot ! My original sales person was Ben, I emailed him when I was getting no call back and zero reply! He had no problem taking my money up front but they no longer give support after purchase. We’ve been loyal to them for decades . They lost it and clearly don’t care! I find my own repair person with zero help from them. Go elsewhere, they no longer care.

We had a great experience with Mays-Munroe while purchasing a new microwave. Mike couldn’t have been more helpful—from helping us explore options to fix our broken microwave to guiding us in choosing the perfect replacement. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. He handled the order quickly and professionally, and everything was seamless from start to finish. Excellent customer service—I would definitely recommend Mays-Munroe.

I made my visit today at Mays Munroe and greeted by Ben immediately. I swung by this store from family telling me to shop here. Ben showed me many options of the washers they have. After exploring a few options, I chose an LG brand. I had other LG appliances and gotten positive experiences in the past using their products. But never used a LG washer or dryer. So far I only needed a washer so let's give it a try. The FUN part is having a chance to earn a rebate by spinning the wheel if you leave a Google review. The experience here was outstanding and the purchasing experience was great. All questions answered and straight to the point. I can say I will return for future purchases.

Big Shout Out to Eric and Dee for doing an Outstanding Job on Delivery and installation of Mawmaws ( Fay Edwards) New Refrigerator.. Thank You Ben for making it happen.. MAYSMONROE needs lots more Employees like Eric and Dee. These two Men took the time to explain all the operations of said new Refrigerator, Very Professional and Extremely Respectful, These two Young Men are the type you invite for a CookOut, Can't say enough about these two.. Their are much deserving of "RAISES"... These Two Are Assets To MAYSMONROE.
