American Freight Furniture & Mattress

We had a great experience shopping for our sofa, thanks to Maxine. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what we were looking for without being pushy. She answered all of our questions, explained the different options clearly, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We found the perfect sofa, and her excellent customer service made all the difference. We highly recommend asking for Maxine if you're shopping for furniture at this store!

I had such a great experience at American Freight thanks to Maxine. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across customer service that’s this genuine. She made the entire experience easy and stress-free. If you’re shopping at American Freight, I definitely recommend asking for Maxine—you’ll be in great hands!

Definitely recommend this place. Both of the ladies working were super nice and helpful. We had went to another furniture store before our stop here and customer service was day and night difference between the two stores. Miss Shakeera was who helped us buy our couch and was absolutely amazing, didn’t get the other lady’s name that was working with her but she was amazing as well. Definitely know where to go when I need furniture. Great deals!
