Fabulous experience from purchase to installation of a new refrigerator. My sales person, Meghan, understood my needs and even tried to expedite a quick delivery since I had been without a refrigerator for 3 days. Installation was fast and Alex and Junior were an amazing team. They wasted no time in removing the old and setting up the new. They made sure everything had been completed to my satisfaction and they left the work area clean. If this purchase hadn’t been an emergency, I would have considered buying a new stove, microwave and dishwasher at the same time. Will I return to Jessups to make these purchases in the future? Jessup’s Major Appliance store does have all the brands and with the excellent show room display and ambassador company type salesmen, like Mark Pruett at the Sarasota Florida location, it is easy to want to buy from this store. The time taken to show the features and knowledgable of the brands is more than we could hope for. The other web sites cannot be trusted for old stock or delivery dates and certainly not prices.
