During the renovation of my condominium, I purchased several appliances from Bill Smith on Marco Island. I was very pleased with the assistance and follow-up service I received from John Didriksen. He politely and patiently answered my many questions, and I am now happily enjoying my appliances. I would definitely recommend this company and John in particular.

This is the second time I’ve used Bill Smith. The whole process was seamless both times. The salespeople are very knowledgeable , extremely reasonable price wise and delivery was easy. This second time I just used them , I had to order a new washer dryer for my tenant in my rental property while I was in CT. Mark made it so easy for me even while I was far away. He recommended what was best in our situation and gave me a quick delivery turnaround. The tenant was so pleased as well. I have total faith in them and I’ll definitely be back. It always feels great to find a place that makes shopping easy. It’s my go to place for appliances!

Bill Smith is a very good store to walk in and get individual service for your home appliance needs. I asked for information on a compact appliance for a condo and I was lead to pricing on a unit (all-in-one washer/dryer) that was $500-$600 more than what I wanted to pay. I had multiple conversations with the sales rep about the unit and finally gave him the actual model number I wanted to order. He ordered it, but then miscalculated the invoice and I had to pay an additional $20 (said he did give a discount of part of the incorrect charge). Overall the experience was good and much better customer service than what you would get at Lowe's or Home Depot.

My husband and I went to Bill Smith's on Marco Island to select new appliances for a kitchen renovation we were undertaking. We had the good fortune of meeting and working with Mark Randolph. We had a few challenges in selecting a refrigerator to fit the condo space (height and width) and still be able to get a French Door refrigerator which was what we wanted. Mark spent a great deal of time looking up various brand specifics until we found one that would work. He then helped us determine the best dishwasher, microwave, and stove to go with the refrigerator and meet our space requirements. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the features on the various brands. When the appliances were delivered, the wrong stove was delivered (the fault of a mislabeled box from the distributor). Mark took care of it immediately and the correct stove was delivered in 2 days time. This past week we returned to Bill Smith to purchase a washer and dryer from Mark Randolph. Once again, he was fantastic to work with in finding just the right set for us. It was delivered within 3 days from us being in the store. We felt so fortunate that there is a Bill Smith Appliance store on Marco Island and that Mark Randolph was such a personable and attentive sales representative. We would not have had near this experience at one of the big box stores such as Home Depot or Lowes and the prices were also extremely competitive, if not better in some cases.

Based on my visit yesterday and subsequent purchases I can wholeheartedly recommend Bill Smith Electronics and Appliances on Marco Island. The showroom was immaculate and the entire staff was laser focused on the walkin customer. My sale specialist John Didriksen is not only a Salesman but he is a excellent problem solver too.
