All I can say is Milcarsky’ is top notch with their delivery service. Richard and Patrick are kind and very knowledgeable. They respected my concerns and that alone was very important to me. They even gave me time to clean the space where old refrigerator was removed. Incredible customer service. Jay was great as well. After they left I noticed refrigerator was closer to one side, Bill put a call into Jay. No sooner than 5 minutes Richard called and explained why he did it. If equal parts were left on each side one of the French doors would have hit the wall. So I had an explanation immediately. Don’t hesitate to call this company, they are bar none outstanding in every sense of the word. Thank you Gail Mann!

Patrick there Tech was absolutely amazing who did the installation and delivery. Rae-Ann the office manager is the Best , she really knows how to go above and beyond to please everyone. And make sure customers are always happy. Jay Morris is also one of the best Managers we ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. And keeps always wanting to do Business with Milcarsky’s

It starts with the leader & owner Dan. He hires good people who seem to really love what they do. We first met Patrick (in sales); he is engaging & very personal- he is highly informative & helps you make the choice you are comfortable with. I’m sure there’s a competent team backstage b/c the entire experience— sales thru delivery were great. That brings me to the excellent Delivery Team of Manny, Patrick & Chris. The SubZero delivery & install was not easy logistically. But they carefully planned & navigated 3 steep steps & a narrow hallway perfectly. The entire team deserves 5 Stars+; but I’ll have to give one deserving shout-out to Manny in delivery - he did the heavy lifting, but also was engaging & walked us thru the orientation with our new S-Z. Manny loves his work and praises the owner Dan as a great person to work for. That speaks volumes about the whole organization. I highly recommend the delightful Milcarsky experience for your kitchen purchases.
