I made a large purchase recently from Setzer's Appliances on Phillips Hwy. Scott Bissell was my sales person. I must say I was so impressed and happy with the service I received . Scott went above and beyond in how he was able to find exactly what I wanted that would fit into the limited space I had available. He followed up with me and even provided honest information about other purchasing options at big box stores. I felt much more comfortable in purchasing from Setzer's than going to a big box store. I feel confident they will stand behind the product they sell me. Most important is that appliances are wonderful! I am happy with them and the installation was without a hiccup! I am a very pleased customer to say the least.

We were looking to purchase a refrigerator and spoke to Scott Bissell. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable and showed us all. He also gave us all the pros and cons. He made sure the transaction and delivery including the measurements were accurate. He had a personnel sent to check our house as it was a huge appliance. I purchased a 48” oven from Setzers and needed some flexibility in timing. Since I had to run 220V service to the kitchen, it required removal of the existing oven first. Brad and John did a great job getting the old oven out despite how tight the space was. Setzers then delivered the new oven after the power was in place. Back come Brad and John to install the new oven. A lot of attention to detail required to get it just right. Positioned and leveled the new oven. Checked all the details and tested the new machine. Review of Setzers - We’d been searching all over Jacksonville for a showroom that actually had LG Studio appliances on display. After checking Home Depot, Best Buy, Ferguson’s, and Lowe’s with no luck, we stopped into Setzer’s just to see if they might have them. They didn’t have the Studio line on the floor either, but the experience ended up being far better than we expected. We walked around for a bit on a Saturday with zero pressure or sales pushiness, which was refreshing. When we did have questions, Scott Bissell helped us out, and he was fantastic. His insights, honest feedback, and overall friendly, professional demeanor made a big difference. He gave us thoughtful guidance without trying to steer us into anything we didn’t want. After comparing prices and experiences at other stores, my wife and I decided to purchase our full appliance set from Scott. He informed us of the rebates and additional warranty promo from LG which was a bonus. His tactful, educational approach stood out. As someone who works in sales myself, I really appreciated that he focused on helping us make the best decision rather than telling us what to do.
