I toured the area looking for new appliances and thought they had decent stock, but what i noticed is that there is a lot of lower damage on the fridges, and from speaking to refrigerant techs refrigerators are extremely fragile to withstand drop damage. Had someone i know buy a fridge from here and they didnt notice the drop damage on the underside and the fridge ended up breaking down within a few weeks, and techs pointed out the damage. The shop owner also tends to tell customers there are inhouse warrenties that arent written on paper, just verbal but if you have an issue (as experienced by some other reviews too) he will not uphold his warrenty. If shopping for used appliances, make sure youve got some simple knowledge prior to going to stores like this on what to look out for in specific used/damaged appliances, as the owners goal is to just sell sell sell. Highly recommend just going to your local lowes/home depot appliance clearance shops as they tend to actually give good deals for damaged appliances that could be shrugged off easier if a dud in the long run.

I had a great experience at Bargain Max Discount Center. The prices are honestly hard to beat — you can find really good deals on a wide variety of items, from home goods to appliances. It feels like one of those hidden gem spots where you walk in for one thing and leave with way more (in a good way). The staff was friendly and helpful, not pushy, which I appreciated. They answered my questions and made the whole process smooth. Everything was organized well enough to browse without feeling overwhelmed. If you’re trying to save money but still get quality items, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had to get a new refrigerator unexpectedly, so I went to Bargain Max. I had a great experience here. Sonny was super nice, and accommodating. The entire process was smooth, and I didn't feel rushed into a decision. He worked within my budget, and I was able to get my refrigerator the same day. I will most definitely be returning for other appliances in the future.

I had a great experience at Bargain Max of Jacksonville, FL. Sonny worked within my budget. I purchased a "NEW" Samsung washer and dryer for far less than what I would have paid at the big retail stores. It's a beautiful set and works just fine. So far, I've washed and dried 3 loads of clothes without any issues. The unit came with the manual and a 20 year warranty. The unit is quiet and it doesn't rock or move. Taj and Mike did an incredible job setting it up. They leveled the unit as it sits on a slightly uneven floor. They arrived with all of the tools, but most importantly they were very professional, nice, had a great attitude and smiles. My laundry closet had some challenges. No fault of theirs. I really appreciate them because they were able to figure things out and get everything hooked up properly. They did an awesome job!!! Also, I would like to add, I live in Palatka, FL, which means they drove over an hour to deliver my set. A couple of other Jacksonville discount stores told me they don't deliver this far out. I will definitely shop with Sonny again. Thank you Sonny, Taj and Mike!
