I love Martins! my washing machine broke and I have no way to go to the store to go look for one or bring one home. All what I had to do was call them and ask them if they had any used machines. They did . I gave them my card . they brought me a machine. It’s got a three month warranty on it. they made this experience so easy and painless and now I have just a beautiful functioning reliable washing machine. The customer service is Very kind and efficient.

I know for a fact that Martin Family Appliance is 100% honest and above board. Here's why: I have had my top load Amana washer for only about 17 months and had a problem. The 1 year warranty had expired so i made a service call with Martin Family. Their technician, Parker came out and knew exactly what the problem was when the washer pump runs continuously, that it was a faulty control board. He said to contact Whirlpool as there is a recall and at least the part will be covered. I contacted Whirlpool and parts and labor are covered even though it was out of warranty because there is a tech bulletin out about this problem. If Martin Family Appliance was unscrupulous, they could have made a good profit by going ahead and doing the repair and I would've been none the wiser.

I've never purchased an appliance from Martin's but I still cannot recommend them enough. Over the years they've helped me diagnose and fix numerous appliances when I've had questions. I'm not repair technician but I've got a decent head on my shoulders and the ability to Google the right things so any time I've called they've always helped me diagnose over the phone, no pressure to send a tech and charge me excessive fees. With that they usually get whatever part I need in next day and between our brain power always been the right fix. My next appliance I buy will be from these guys because they're a company that deserves the business.
