Specially Eduardo Villalobos , our sales rep , he was very helpful and always available in all the process until all the installation was done. . He also helped us with the Bosch rebate when we encounter a problem l will do it all over again with them !

One thing we really appreciated was how clearly they went over the warranty and what it covers. It's nice knowing exactly what to expect instead of having to figure it out later. They also shared some helpful tips for getting the most out of the stove, which was a nice touch. Customer service like this is getting harder to find. Everyone we spoke with was professional, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with our purchase. We're excited to start cooking on our new Viking stove and wouldn't hesitate to shop here again for future appliances.

Arsenic amd Joe came and installed my new wolf microwave and had to make adjustments to the cabinet opening. They did an amazing job very professional and clean. Very nice young men. Request them they are great. They also came a few months ago and installed the other subzero and wolf appliances and they did a wonderful job.
