Look no further for appliances and/or repairs. Family owned business offering excellent service and always going above and beyond. I buy older appliances as they last longer and are better than new. The prices are very reasonable and you get a better product accompanied by outstanding service. I have been a customer of Family Appliance for years for some rentals that I had and would go nowhere else.

My washer was out of balance... I tried researching problem online, discovering the repair was beyond my capablity. My neighbor Bill told me I could pick up a good used replacement at Family Appliance Dunedin. I stopped in and spoke to Ken Sr. We discussed fixing vs replacing. It was decided his son Kenny would call me to make an appointment to diagnose problem. Kenny called to let me know he was on his way. He professionally and accurately figured out what was wrong. Yes, parts and labor were high, but I really liked my washer and a new one would have cost hundreds of dollars more. I was given a written estimate and told I would receive a call within a few days when parts were in. Phone call received as promised. Date set, I received a call when he was on his way. Yes, it only took him a short amount of time to replace the bad struts and lid switch with manufacturers parts, because he knows what he's doing. I did receive a small discount for paying cash. I've already done 8 loads of clothes, washer is working like a brand new machine. I am very satisfied...

Just had Family Appliance come out to look at our dishwasher. At first they thought it might be the main board, but possibly the pump because it wasn't turning. Got the pump out. May have had a bread tie or similar stuck. Put the pump back in. Works just fine now. They took the time to verify each problem they thought could be the cause. I highly recommend Family Appliance.
