Appliance Direct at Daytona Beach

Just got a new Whirlpool washer ordered today. Elvis, the manager was top-notch. He spent quality time explaining the washing machine, the extended warranty and the delivery process. Very grateful that I met such a compassionate man and business owner. I will definitely buy another appliance from his store in the future. 👍😎⭐️

Our refrigerator decided it was done after only having it a little over 2 years from a competitor's store. Warranty was up, and so had to find a new one. Seth at Appliance Direct in Daytona Beach was knowledgeable, helpful and sympathetic to our situation while showing us the options for our condo and was able to assist us in the picking of and purchase of a new refrigerator. We were also offered a 4 year warranty, which we gladly took for a VERY reasonable price. That was a no brainer after what we had just experienced. Thank you Seth, and thank you Appliance Direct for making this unexpected (and if I'm honest, unwanted but needed) purchase a little easier to handle! Outstanding customer service and product choices for extremely reasonable prices!

Luke was great very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Great team work from Luke and Elvis getting the refrigerator up onto our truck. And when we didn’t have a good tie down, Elvis lent us his personal ratchet strap from his truck. Exceptional customer service. Will definitely be a customer there again and will refer others. I purchased a whirlpool double oven. I cooked a prime rib and the bottom the larger part the rack started to move and it fell, out and I was burned and I called to ask because my sister purchased the same one.. They’re telling me no that’s not what happened you have a KitchenAid, but don’t worry about ithe extended warranty. The serial number matches they told me where the model and serial number were which they were not after searching Google. I found the model serial number which they told me would be inside the oven and it’s not there it was behind the knob control and when I turned it up, it says whirlpool remember his KitchenAid on the outside!! They say this is my problem there’s nothing they can do? Well, it’s the front says that it’s a KitchenAid and the extended warranty says it’s for a whirlpool and the model serial number on the back of the stove says it’s a whirlpool. Somebody needs to double check what they’re doing I don’t usually give bad reviews, since he refused to talk to me anymore about this, I’m going to give one. This is not what I wanted. This is not what I paid for and this is not what I received. See attached photos
