Aitoro Appliance is awesome and very easy to do business with. I ordered my fridge over the phone with Jesse. No upsell, just wanted to get me the fridge i had the info about. Setting up details with him was simple. The tracking of delivery was very convenient. Scott and Glenn were not only extremely prompt and efficient but very, very respectful of our property and our home. We have purchased from Aitoro in the past and will continue to do so. *One Note to the Boss: Please replace the straps on the handcart used by Scott & Glenn. It really needs an upgrade.

Aitoro gets 5 stars from start to finish - from purchase to installation. Very professional, knowledgable, & friendly. Extremely careful bringing in the appliances. Very neat. The day before, I was given a 3hr window. Day of delivery, I was informed along the driver's route, almost minute by minute when the team would arrive - right to my front door. Extremely please with my purchases. Jason is a terrific person & a great salesman. Dave & Joe, are excellent installers. Mike Aitoro was most helpful getting a loaner refrigerator to me ASAP. Highly recommend Aitoro for all your appliance needs.

Jason Pecora was my salesperson/ guide throughout my entire kitchen renovation. He Listened and understood my life style needs and my layout. He presented many options and is extremely knowledgeable about all the brands and products. He is exceptionally patient, kind and has a fun sense of humor. He always made time for me. He is thorough and got back to me ASAP. He even helped me with the rebate process. He is a delight to work with… a 10 out of 10! Jason is why I would want to shop at Aitoro’s.

AJ, Benny, and all the Aitoro appliances staff has been absolutely incredible. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that they have carefully selected products based on our specific needs, been patient (especially with our toddler joining us in the showroom) and informative, all at an extremely competitive price. Benny specifically took the time to walk through every option of us, gave us his professional advice the same way a close friend or relative would, and overall helped us navigate the complex process of selecting a full range of home appliances including a oven, range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a washer and dryer. Despite what some recent reviews have stated - probably from their competitors - Benny was NOT pushy or aggressive at all, far from it!! Everyone from the greeter at the front door, to the sales team and deliver and installation professionals have been top notch. I cannot recommend them enough.
