Very satisfied with my experience at Holloways. I received help right away and they set up delivery which I wasn’t expecting for a small appliance. When they delivered the dehumidifier, the man carried it in to my basement and set it up for me. They were very helpful! I would highly recommend them!

Silas was so great to work with and helped us find the perfect washer, dryer, and dishwasher for our new house. He was very knowledgeable and helped us decide which one will work best for our needs, as well as help us schedule the install. My family has been going to Holloway’s since the 1980s for all our appliances and recommend them to all our friends in the area. Thank you so much!

Joe at Holloway’s was very helpful in helping me pick out the right washer for my replacement. Delivery was easy to setup . The whole process went very smoothly. This is a family business that has knowledgeable staff who provide personal service. Something that is more rare today.

Excellent service and prices - we’ve purchased an oven, washer, dryer, and now a refrigerator from Holloways. Joe is excellent in sales. 2 days from time of order to delivery - how can you beat that? Ben and Randy delivered, they were EXCELLENT. I can't say enough positive about Holloway's overall, from start to finish, A+

I was scheduled for a delivery supposedly around "ten-ish," I was told. I rearranged my day to accommodate the open-ended schedule. I spoke with the customer service manager, but they did not offer any compensation for my inconvenience. I was told I was first on the list in a previous call, then he told me I'm the "6th delivery today," with no specifics or even an estimation of a delivery time frame. Sometimes "sorry" isn't enough for a loyal customer. I've purchased 3 appliances and a mattress, thinking this is my "go-to place." Well, today changed that. I expected better as a longtime loyal customer. Guess that means little these days. I came back because my previous experiences were satisfactory. I have to cancel the other scheduled commitments I had today due to inaccurate information given. Take names when you speak to people. I am very disappointed. Latest Events: After waiting all day Friday, unable to fulfill other commitments, I received a call saying they couldn't deliver my AC window unit. It's now rescheduled for Monday, meaning another day of waiting. The open-ended schedule and lack of communication resulted in poor customer service. I expect some form of compensation for the inconvenience. Updates throughout the day would have been greatly appreciated. Consistency in customer service and prompt delivery, especially after payment, should be the standard. Recent Update: Well, I've spoken to customer service, and the manager was somewhat indifferent, might need to work on his manners, but he agreed to work something out. My unit was delivered on the following Monday as promised, and I scheduled installation for today, Thursday. The installer opened the container, and after installing the unit in the window, it wouldn't work. After several attempts by remote and manual, it would just make a grinding sound and stop. I had to reorder a replacement, which will take another week. Oh well. The installers were pretty cool and had no problem setting up the unit. Either the unit is defective, or it may have been damaged in shipping and handling. I will be glad when this is over.
