I would not recommend Ferreira Appliances to anyone. I purchased a refrigerator from them last year, and it is already in bad condition and no longer cooling at all. I understood that the in-store warranty was only for six months, but there is no reason a refrigerator should completely stop working after only about one year. When I called Ferreira Appliances to ask about having it repaired, I was told I would have to pay $125 upfront before anyone even came to inspect it. On top of that, they could not give me any idea of when a technician would actually come out. That is not how you treat a customer who purchased the appliance directly from your business. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply expected better customer service and some accountability for an appliance that failed far sooner than it should have. Based on the poor quality of the refrigerator and the way Ferreira Appliances handled this situation, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

This company is a scam. My sister purchased appliances less than a month ago, and within two weeks they stopped working. For over two weeks, we have called daily and have been repeatedly lied to about service appointments. We are given specific dates and time windows, yet no technician ever shows up. Customer service does nothing but offer empty apologies while continuing to provide false information. This is deceptive, negligent, and unacceptable. We are now consulting legal counsel and preparing to pursue legal action for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and failure to provide service. Do not do business with this company. If I could give this place no stars I would, google gave it 1 🗑️

I purchased a washer and dryer from this company, and by the second day the washing machine was already broken. I contacted them immediately and was guaranteed that a technician would come out to fix it. It has now been two weeks. I have called every single day, and each time I’m told the same thing: “the technician will be there tomorrow.” No one has shown up. Not once. At this point, it feels like empty promises just to keep you quiet. They are selling faulty equipment, making guarantees they don’t keep, and providing no real support after taking your money.
