T & A Appliances LLC

10/10, would come here again. I was really frustrated with my previous laundry system purchase and ended up googling where I could purchased a used washer + dryer. I called T&A appliances and spoke with Tatiana, explained to her everything and what I was looking for. She was very serious about helping me and let me know they closed in an 1 and 30 minutes. I was 35 minutes away and when I arrived , she showed me my options , THEN one more that was slightly above my budget. It was a brand new, slightly banged, LG ThinQ combo washer and dryer. I eventually caved in and purchased it because of the great deal I was getting. I was able to finance my purchase and Tatiana was very communicative with my delivery date and time. The men who brought my washer and dryer were great. There was some difficulty with the electrical system and they were more than helpful even though that had nothing to do with them lol and still able to set the washer and dryer up, while I contacted my landlord. Now, my washer and dryer is all hooked up and running and I’m lovingggg it !!! Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely do business with T&A appliances again. If you’re looking for something, just call them and they will be more than willing to help.

TA Appliance is the best appliance repair company around! The customer service was excellent, and the technician was professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. He came out to fix my dryer and even accommodated me on short notice, despite it being later than his normal working hours. He went above and beyond by helping me find the parts I needed on Amazon, which saved me both time and money. His pricing was very reasonable, and the entire experience was stress-free. I highly recommend TA Appliance to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and high-quality appliance repair service.

Buying from them was great from start to finish. I bought my washer and dryer as I moved to northern CT and couldn’t get to their store in Hartford. I chose the units online and they gave me a little “your” of them on FaceTime and for an additional fee they delivered them to me here. Installation was quick and everyone I worked with made it all so easy. I chose T&S because of their high ratings and they did not disappoint. I’d recommend them to anyone.
