This is a scam. They don’t stand by their stuff. Bought a washer and dryer pair and neither of them worked. The paperwork says “no money back” which I signed so I’m a dummy, but a good business would stand by the products they repair and sell second hand. You get what you pay for I guess. I am out 700 bucks for nothing.

WORST USED appliance store and arrogant rude management. Purchased fridge, stove washing machine, and dryer. They barely speak English and only spanish. I had a friend whose a spanish teacher converse with them. She told me they are stupid and rude. The washing machine leaked and they replaced it. The dryer worked 2 times and stopped with no power. They wanted to charge $150 to pick up and deliver another. Meanwhile when they delivered the stove, fridge and dryer I paid for deliver so i want to charge 2 times. The net is I GAVE THEM a working dryer that was old for a newer one that is broken... They later claimed they don't repair which is hilarious as how can they sell used appliances without some repairs. Maybe this is a scam. They just clean what they buy and sell. After over a month of back and I still dont have a working dryer. I was going to buy a dishwasher but that was another drama dialogue them. Do not buy from them. Scammers!!

I found an online ad for a dryer and it brought me here. I wasn't aware that it was a business, but when I arrived, I told them it was a social media ad I was referencing. They had dozens of dryers and escorted me to look at all of the options they had in stock at that price point. So, I had a choice! It worked out well. They were great to deal with. They let me test the unit before they brought it out to my car and loaded it for me. I'll definitely go back here!

11/22/21 - This place is a scam! They sold us a freezer and it stopped working 2-3 weeks after we purchased it. No refund policy so we swapped it for a new one under the condition is this new freezer was working and if it was broken too we could get our money back within two weeks. It broke within the first week (broken relay they replaced in front of me) so when we tried to refund under their word, they did not want to refund us. We finally fought for a refund but didn’t get 100% of it back. The freezer broke and they went back in their word. Go to Sears And buy a scratch and dent for 1000% more satisfaction than working with these people. If you’re considering buying something here and happen to read this, consider yourself lucky.
