Kevin and the staff are so incredible here. He was so patient with my indecisiveness. He worked with my budget as we decided on brands and how well they are preforming today. When we had to get craft he had a solution! So easy to work with, I didn’t feel rushed at all and I had it delivered exactly when they said they would. The delivery was a breeze, they were gentle, quick and KIND! I would feel so comfortable calling if I needed any help with my appliances and that’s priceless. Thank you Kevin and staff!

I can't be happier with the service and product! Tim, who helped me on the phone was super helpful and I bought the fridge sight unseen, he was very helpful. Lowe's had failed me twice with a damaged product, so I tried Hallock's--and I was pleasantly surprised when they price matched Lowe's. Eric and Lloyd, who delivered the new fridge took extra care not to damage the fridge and took care not to damage my property. They did a fantastic job and I will tell everyone I know about the experience!

This was my first time visiting this store for their Tent sale and it truly was a fantastic experience. The entire staff was welcoming and beyond friendly! Dominic was our sales man and he made the entire experience stress free and actually enjoyable! He was very patient with my indecisiveness and was even happy to help the following day when I brought my husband for a final decision! No pressured sales pitch and no over shadowing while I wandered around the store. I would go back to the store just to pop in and visit Dom! 11/10 experience and we LOVE our new refrigerator!

Purchased a new Whirlpool French Door refrigerator from Shore Appliance (Hallock’s ) in Branford. The unit was ordered and I was notified just a few days later that it was in. They offered a couple different delivery dates and I locked one in. I received a text message the day before stating an approximate time for delivery the morning of the delivery I was called and was told they would be there within the hour. Sure enough 40minutes later they arrived. The two employees got out met me at my front door and introduced themselves to me by name. They surveyed the layout of the house and advised me of their game plan. After removing a couple of wall pictures as precaution and the front door ( bought a big unit evidently) they switched right into work mode Eric and Lloyd operated like two well oiled machines working off each others strengths. Within minute the new unit was in and the old unit was out. They explained the simple setup and operations of my refrigerator and said if I had any concerns to please notify the store immediately and they will handle any problem. Shore Appliance was great and Eric and Lloyd were fantastic. If I ever need another appliance I know right where we will be going. Thank you all for such great service
