I highly recommend Like Appliances! I have made multiple purchases for both our busy clinic (we do so much labor!) and my personal residence. Juan and the team have always given excellent customer service! They are knowledgeable, fair and offer great pricing. We’ve saved lots of money and received great appliances that last!! Very happy customer!!

Very rude and disrespectful delivery drivers Who damaged the appliance and they demanded the rest of the payment Dishonoring the agreement we had at the store. These guys had no idea how to hook up this appliance and try to damage my property and did damage my floor. They called the owner who lied and said we had to pay the rest of the money that day instead of five days later like the original agreement or they were going to take it back and I would have to repay for another delivery. These guys are dishonorable and have no clue how to deal with customers. I do not recommend this company. Be careful.. read the fine print before you give them any money.

I had a great experience here! They were very friendly, offered affordable prices, and the delivery was efficient and punctual. They offered me easy financing which made purchasing much needed appliances easier. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to others looking for used appliances.

I highly recommend staying away from this appliance company. I came and spent nearly $1600 with them between three different appliances. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. They helped me load the appliances onto my trailer and I asked them if they gave me a strap for the fridge. Which is clearly not rated for a fridge. because the strap snapped while I was driving on the highway and the fridge fell face forward, and God extremely damaged on all of the door handles. I kindly ask them if they would be able to replace the door handles and work with me a little bit, and they were completely unwilling to. The owner kept justifying saying that I was the one that has dropped it. However, I had asked them if it would hold and they said yes. After the damage was done I didn’t ask them to take it back or to replace it. All I asked is that they could get me some new handles for it and I would be willing to pay for them. As a customer, I think it was extremely fair what I was asking. that she was going to act like that. I was going to post this review so I’m following through with what I said to which he replied I will show everyone the camera footage of you strapping the fridge down trying to blame me for it. In which you can clearly see his guys helping me. Aside from all this, I will never do business with them again and do not recommend them to anybody else. On a sidenote, many of their appliances are in really bad condition. Many of the fridges had terrible smells and mold. Buildup in them. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone.
