BROADWAY APPLIANCE

EDIT/Update: Dylan was nice, Russ is rude. He called and stated if I did not take my review down, they’d cancel our repair appointment. Well we called our warranty and requested another agency. I have Never dealt with this before. Awful. Dylan from Broadway Appliance was just here completing a warranty repair on my brand new dryer. He left about 1 pm and now my dryer doesn’t tumble, makes a noise and smells like it’s burning. My husband called Broadway appliance to let them know and another technician can’t come for almost one week. Don’t use broadway appliance unless you want broken appliances.

I have been dealing with these folk as a third generation. I my parents and grand parents worked with Neil the original owner now niels son daughter and grandson. There good honest people. More than fair on price. These are people that if you cant get along with them then well your asking more from the situation has to offer. Give them a shot be patient and ask God for miracles not the repair man. I belive if you give them a littel trust they will steer you right, might not like what they have to say all the time but there honest Pueblo small town buisness people. Sometimes this world needs more of.

Horrible experience with them. Been scheduled with them for warranty work with Costco/whirlpool. Had to cancel first appointment for fridge repairs because of wrong warranty info provided by whirlpool. Contact whirlpool to send over new info which they did and tried to reschedule. Called broadway and was rudely told that they didn’t get the work order from whirlpool and that they don’t wait on the computer all day waiting on service tickets. Had the appointment rescheduled eventually but no confirmation until the day of (scheduled for 10-2) and call me at 10:44. I was at work but had my wife at home waiting for the tech. Just because I didn’t answer the phone, they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. Not even considering calling the day prior to service or at least knocking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM

I went to every big box store in town only to be disappointed in their high prices and lack of sales staff. I tried Broadway Appliance and was immediately helped and allowed to look at my own leisure and explain my needs. They allowed me to take pictures to compare with the other store’s products. I went back, purchased exactly what I wanted. They scheduled my delivery, installation and picked up my old unit as soon as they had an opening. They arrived at our scheduled time and they called first. The installers did an excellent job of installing and cleaning. I will be purchasing other products from them in the future. Thank you
