I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The entire experience was a complete waste of my time and money.
The communication was absolutely horrible. I was told someone would come out on a certain day—they never showed. Then I was given another day, and once again, nobody showed up. No reliable communication, no accountability, and apparently no respect for the customer’s time.
When the technician finally came out, the workmanship was terrible. He clearly did not properly diagnose or fix the problem. I ended up having to fix two things myself, and neither one had been done correctly. The frustrating part is that the actual issue was something as simple as one wire.
To make matters worse, the technician was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful.
This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, missed appointments, sloppy work, and terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and find another appliance company.
