Terrific company and awesome tech. Our large commercial ice machine had stopped working over New Years and we needed it repaired asap. Hauling ice from the store is no way to run a bar. Called a few repair companies and they hadn't even heard of our high-end ice machine but their "tech could look it up". No thank you. Called Peak, they knew the brand and it's listed as one they service. They called back and talked to us about specifics, what was the machine doing and not doing etc. We sent photos as well as model, make etc. They ordered the parts over the phone, and did not waste time on a service call for a tech to come out and evaluate. The technician called the next day on his way to our bar immediately after picking up the parts at the airport. Such service! It wasn't a cheap fix, but worth every penny, for the knowledge they shared and incredibly fast service.

Awesome company!! We have been waiting on our rental company for all most a month to set up our ac install. This company came at the end of the work day to replace our unit & worked until almost 10pm so we could have cool air for the night! Super thoughtful guys, definitely recommend!

2 Great experiences with Peak. They are a huge improvement over our last service provider. They were able to take care of us quickly and at a very fair price. Honesty and integrity are sometimes hard to find and these guys have it!

The technician was very friendly, communicated about when he would arrive on the day of our service appointment, and completed the work quickly and without making a mess.
