We had a great experience with Eli. He helped us purchase a washer and dryer combo and provided outstanding customer service. He was very friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We really appreciated his help and professionalism. I like how they do not pressure you to purchase anything, the prices are reasonable.
