This review doesn't pertain to the Gallery but rather to the attached Plumbing Supply part of the company. The employees working behind the counter at Ferguson Plumbing Supply are completely indifferent to their customers. Never a hello or can I help you? I'm the one who's helpful to them with photos and measurements to help them help me. The Gallery carries toilets, sinks, faucets etc. while their adjacent supply store doesn't carry most of the parts needed to install or repair the various products The Gallery sells. Corporate ought to compare these two places that both operate under the Ferguson name.

Incredible! The only thing better than the showroom was the staff. We worked with Michael Casper, but when adding things later I spoke to a couple other folks who were all excellent as well. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us put together and fine tune everything. When I found something cheaper or on sale somewhere else, he was able to match the price - so we ended up buying EVERYTHING from them, which really simplified things. Of course, quality is not cheap, but cheap ends up being expensive in the long run when you have to replace things - best to get the right products in the first place. We cannot recommend Ferguson enough!

Lawrence is the best. I have been coming here for years and they always have a great selection, excellent customer service, and they are incredibly helpful when it comes to troubleshooting shooting projects. Their scratch and dent section is also worth checking out. At times it is stacked with phenomenal deals. When you go in, ask for Lawrence. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

We have bought from Ferguson on a few occasions and had great experiences every time! The product selection and available options are unmatched but the customer service is really the star. We stopped in this time for a new washer and dryer, and Lawrence helped us find the perfect set for our needs. He asked questions to help us find the right option for our needs and walked us through the benefits of each set. He was also helpful with recommendations for other home improvements and was just pleasant from start to finish. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re in need of anything home appliance related. We’ll definitely be back!

Go direct to buy Moen products. Not sure how Ferguson sources their products but they have colors that Moen does not even make for this product. I wanted brushed gold, they convinced me this the darker, copper is the Moen brushed gold. After installing, I left a review, Moen contacted me. Made it right and sent the actual Brushed Gold. Which is a huge difference. The salesperson never responded, and Ferguson's follow up is mediocre. Leaving me to pay for 2 installations. Just know Moen does carry the brushed gold you want, just do not buy it at Ferguson.
