Gabe Martinez was absolutely wonderful with us. We purchased a GE Cafe Series double oven and a Bosch cook top. Previously we had purchased a Bosch microwave. He was helpful with all of our purchases and we would use Gabe and Specialty Appliance again.

Excellent experience with Specialty Appliance. I found the machine I wanted at a decent price. David Kuxhausen was attentive and responsive the entire time. We did have a small issue during delivery, but David made sure the issue was resolved, and was again very attentive and communicative during the process. Will ship here again.

Specialty Appliance is an Awesome company. We purchased a out of box refrigerator scratch and dent unit a nice GE model. 2 days after delivery the compressor went out. We called them right away and they had a new in the box model at our door within Hours of the call same day. Removed the broken unit and installed the new one. Great installation personnel. The customer service is second to none.
