Justin was very knowledgeable and explained what the issue with the KitchenAid Ice Machine could be and what part he was replacing did/does. I appreciated how he recommended preventative things that could help the machine in the long run. Not only did the repair only took about 30 minutes but they let me know he was on his way within the scheduled window.

Just had Justin from Best Service Company repair my oven. He was quick, knowledgeable and efficient with the repair. I had scheduled the repair through the Whirlpool nationwide service office. Don’t do that! Schedule directly through Best Service Company and you will save substantial money! I found this out by talking to Justin while he was repairing my oven. Another word of caution, when I initially searched online for appliance repair through Google, a company came up near the top. It’s name started with an H-P_____, the technician showed up and when I was speaking with him he had a heavy foreign accent. When I described the issue I was having with my oven he started searching on his phone apparently trying to diagnose the problem. After about 10 minutes he told me what he believed what the issue was and quoted me a price for the repair, which I ultimately declined. When I asked him if he had ever done that particular repair his response was less than convincing in addition to being hundreds of dollars more than what I paid Whirlpool and even more than if I had gone directly through Best Service Company.

Best Service Co. called me to let me know there was an earlier appointment available. I really appreciate that. JT was very professional and knowledgeable. When I described the issue he went right to what the problem was. A faulty connection, which he showed me. JT was able to make the repairs quickly and then showed me some features of the dishwasher that I wasn’t aware of. I highly recommend Best Service Company.

We had a wonderful experience with Best Service Co with 2 technicians on 3 separate visits: Alan and Thomas. It was all so smooth, from the notifications to the repair work! It's hard to find trustworthy individuals in the home repairs industry; Best Service Company has definitely earned our future business. Alan visited us first, arriving at the time stated. He triaged the issue, ordered the needed parts, and readily discussed his initial diagnosis in detail when asked. Alan then determined that we needed further assistance from Thomas (a Sealed System Technician), and handed the case off seamlessly to him. Thomas visited us a few days later, again arriving on time and notifying us beforehand. Like Alan, Thomas explained the needed repairs and diagnostic detail in a candid and thoughtful manner. I have a background in engineering and diagnostics, and thus I highly appreciated the time he took to go over the details; now I fully understand what was going on with the system. He returned for a final time to install the parts that had been on order. He and Alan were also very conscientious about their work during each visit, cleaning up after themselves. All the repairs performed are working perfectly, and we appreciate that Thomas called a few days later to check up on how things were going. We would have either Alan or Thomas back to service our appliances anytime (but hopefully we won't have to).
