When we lived in Colorado Springs, Nelson's did several repairs on small appliances for us. My wife's favorite iron (for quilting) quit on her and no one where we live now was interested in repairing it, so I called and Nelson's was willing to do the job. Within a couple of weeks (including shipping) she had it back in good working order. Too many things these days are "throw away", but when you have an appliance you like and are used to, it's good to know that a firm like Nelson's is there to help you. Thanks!

I went in for a replacement belt on my Bissell shampooer. I had already removed the old.Thought he would put it on and charge for the part. But, the belt was $7.95 and my bill was $30.94!! Easily could have done myself but thought he was being nice. Would have even been okay with a $5.00 charge. Hope that greed charge was worth it. I won't be returning!
