Fantastic experience at A-1 Appliance in Yuba City. My washing machine died, and I knew exactly what I wanted. Tired of all of these "throw away" appliances we are being forced to buy and they just don't last, not not they used to. I was done with it. I wanted a SpeedQueen, guaranteed to last, definitely not a "throw away" brand. And they had the one I wanted on display. I would have to wait 4-6 weeks (and also purchase the dryer, which I didn't need), or I could have the floor model from the Chico store delivered in 3 days. 3 days later, the awesome crew delivered my new SpeedQueen and I am SO happy with my purchase! It is so quiet (the bearing went out in my last washing machine and it sounded like a freight train barreling down the hallway when it was on)! I highly recommend A-1 Appliance for your appliances, and if you're in the market for a new washing machine that will probably be the last one you purchase, get a SpeedQueen! 5 Stars! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

We have purchased our appliances from A1 Appliance for many years. The price is always comparable to or better than the Big Box Stores. The service is always excellent at the time of purchase and any follow-up needed after the purchase. Julia is the best! She is very knowledgeable about all the appliances. We always are treated just like family. We highly recommend A1 Appliance.

Great experience overall. The team was easy to work with and very responsive throughout the process. Shipping was quick, everything arrived on time, and the measurements were accurate which made installation smooth. The appliance package was solid quality and fairly priced, so it felt like great value all the way around. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Sales lady was awesome!! Friendly, helpful and a great price. Delivery was when she said it would be. I always shop with the local appliance stores. Bought appliances for a new house several years ago. I was sales persons best friend, until I had a couple small issues after delivery. All I got from him and his manager, was a 800 phone number to call manufacturer

100% without a doubt the best place to do business when searching for an appliance. They start with no pressure sales tactics, you walk in, they ask if youre looking for anything specific and then show you the differences between the models not just leading you to the most expensive model but what will work for you financially.
