⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding service! We called at 4:30 PM on a Friday needing a refrigerator, and by 8:05 PM that same night it was delivered and set up. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, this company went above and beyond. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting us taken care of quickly. The delivery team was prompt, courteous, and efficient even late on a Friday evening. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and reliability. Five stars truly isn’t enough!

Absolutely the best guys!! So friendly and are willing to work hard for their customers! I bought a GE cafe induction oven/range for half off retail and I was so happy with the service. It wasn't even out for sale yet but when I told them I wanted the sane one they had on the floor but electric not gas they told me they would find it for me. I wasn't even out of the parking lot when they called and told me he found what I wanted. Next day it was in my kitchen and looks beautiful. Thanks Blues for being so wonderful to work with!!

We are so happy we found Blue’s Appliances! Our first purchase was a dryer. Happy with that. More recently, we wanted a standup freezer. We called Jay and told him what we were looking for and gave him our measurement parameters. He had an appropriate freezer within the week, sent measurements and a photo and we purchased it over the phone. Delivery was next business day and the delivery guys (Miquel and Jose) were fantastic. Prices and service are great!

I bought a beautiful 29 cu ft Frigidaire refrigerator for more than $1,000 less than anywhere else. I can’t believe it was open box because there is a very tiny dent that is barely visible even when I look up close at it. My refrigerator totally died Thursday morning. I called Blues Appliances around 9am, bought it over the phone and it was delivered and installed by 2pm that afternoon. The 2 delivery men called to let me know where they were and how long it would be until they arrived. Very polite and professional! It was brought in, installed, tested and the old one removed in less than a half hour. No mess anywhere. This store and staff are fantastic! I will be going back. Do yourself a favor and shop there. And the most inexpensive 5 year warranty , amazing!
