These are horrible people! They are rude on the phone. Put you on hold until you hang up!! They speak at you and not with you!!! Buy your appliances somewhere else!!! update to this review. PHONE HARASSMENT!!! THEY CALLED ME THREE TIMES EVEN THE OWNER. I HAVE THE EVIDENCE AND VOICE MAILS I AM PROVIDING TO YHE BETTER BUSINEES BUREU AND OTHER AGENCIES! THEY YRUED TO GET ME TO CHANGE THIS REVIEW!! PHONE HARASSMENT!!!!! ALSO SENDING TO THE POLICE!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Reid’s Appliances! From the knowledgeable sales staff to the super friendly and efficient installation, everything was done professionally and with care. They made it so easy for me, were willing to work around my schedule and they even helped out by coordinating with my insurance assessors. Thank you to Reid’s Appliances for restoring my faith that there are companies who still value their customers and Customer Service!

Such an amazing experience. How many times have you walked into a big box store and thought to yourself: “This is a horrible experience?” That is the exact opposite of what I thought when visiting here. The staff was extremely friendly I walked in, was greeted, had a conversation with Frank, and found exactly what we were looking for. Amazing staff! Great customer service and more.
