I had contacted them on Thursday to come out to take a look at my washing machine, they came out pretty quick and diagnosed it. They said the part would take 2 business days to come in. So I waited but never heard anything back from them. I called to follow up with them on Wednesday (4 business days now) and he said the part was delayed, that maybe later that day or tomorrow the latest. So I waited another 2 days and still never heard anything back. I ended up calling someone else and had it repaired that same day. Finally I got a call back from them on Wednesday (14 days from the original day I called) but didn’t need their service anymore. I understand delays happen but the communication was horrible and not having a washer was very inconvenient.

After reading all the reviews, I set my hopes high thinking they would be able to come to the in laws house and fix a refrigerator. When I called, and asked, they said sorry we can’t do it. I understand that short handed, but I would have felt better with a “let’s make an appointment “ answer. Unfortunately there were no suggestions or recommendations for my senior citizen in laws and now I am back to looking for a repair person. Any suggestions ????

my washer needed some suspension rods, it’s older so i started looking at new ones. i contacted the service team to see if it was even worth fixing. they were straight to the point. upfront pricing, knocked out the service and off they went. i also had them diagnose and fix an older washer while they were around which didnt cost me much more turned out to be a 5 min fix. s&j will be my “go to” for any downed appliances before i decide to go buy new
